Return Policy

If you notify us within 30 days of product delivery, Cosmic Slaps will provide a free replacement or a refund in the event that a product was damaged or there was a manufacturing defect.

Due to our unique production process, returns and exchanges are not accepted if you ordered the incorrect size, color, or you just changed your mind.

Create a Return/Exchange Request

To return an item, go to your orders history page and click on the specific order that contains the item you want to return. On the order details page, click on Request a Replacement or Refund to start the return process.
